The project aims to develop a cross-countries debate - involving students of different nationalities - regarding the main aspects that they are facing during their involvement in the labor market.
The present project, involving young graduates coming from Romania and other four partner countries, follows the issues:
• Making young people aware of their rights, within the communities they live in
• Disseminating the initiatives and the best models to be implemented in order for them to make use of their rights
• Promoting active citinzenship at the level of local communities in order to facilitate the access to the labor market
• Developing a intercultural dialogue at European level regarding the process of accessing the labor market in different partner countries

The main theme for the training course is adventure education and outdoor activities, as non-formal tools in promoting, among youth, civic responsibility, innovation, responsibility & care towards the environment and in the community.
The activities consist in transferring knowledge regarding technical & safety specific methods for climbing & caving as outdoor tools to involve youth active participation, but mainly in experiential education tools that will ultimately bring the participants out of the comfort zone and into the learning zone, to ensure the transfer of the European Union’s values in the youth field (simulations, debriefing, reflection & practical applications)

Objectives:
- To raise understanding in human rights educational approaches mainly in connection with cultural diversity;
- To develop an understanding about aspects of active youth participation and critical way of thinking with elements and methods of non formal education.
- To be aware of importance of cultural diversity in local, regional and international level and to develop skills and attitudes to motivate and actively involve young people in human rights youth projects;

Although the TC is based on outdoor activities and environmental education all methods and techniques will be adaptable to the participants’ situation and environment. O que é um curso de formação Juventude em Acção?

É um programa de aprendizagem educativa sobre temas específicos, com o objectivo de melhorar as competências, conhecimentos e atitudes dos participantes. Os cursos de formação conduzem a uma maior qualidade do trabalho no domínio da juventude e/ou, especificamente, de projectos Juventude em Acção.

Esta sub-acção do programa Juventude em Acção visa apoiar a formação de profissionais activos e de organizações de juventude no domínio da juventude, nomeadamente líderes do projecto, consultores da juventude e supervisores nestes projectos. Também apoia a troca de experiências, de conhecimentos especializados e de boas práticas entre profissionais activos no domínio da juventude e de organizações de juventude, assim como actividades que facilitem a criação de projectos de qualidade duradouros, parcerias e redes.

No caso de o curso de formação ser realizado apenas para países do programa, está inserido na sub-acção 4.3. Quando são incluídos países parceiros vizinhos, o curso está dentro da sub-acção 3.1.

Para participar nas formações ACV é necessário ser-se associado (com a quota em dia). A quota anual da Associação Cidadania Viva é de 25€. No acto da inscrição é necessário proceder ao pagamento de uma jóia de 10€.

O pagamento da inscrição na Associação Cidadania Viva e o pagamento da inscrição num curso de formação Juventude em Acção devem ser feitos separadamente, isto é, com 2 transferências bancárias distintas, para a conta indicada no acordo de participação.
O procedimento de inscrição num curso de formação Juventude em Acção é o seguinte:

1. Escrever para formacoes.acv@gmail.com a pedir o acordo de participação referindo nome completo e qual o curso de formação em que pretende inscrever-se. No caso de ser pedido um perfil de participante, deve também ser enviada uma breve explicação de como o interessado se adequa ao perfil. O acordo de participação contém os dados bancários da ACV.
2. Enviar, para o mesmo endereço de email, os seguinte documentos digitalizados:
   
   
   • Acordo de participação, preenchido e assinado pelo participante;
   • Talão da transferência bancária ou depósito relativo ao pagamento do curso de formação (escrever no talão o nome da pessoa que efectuou o pagamento);
   • Talão da transferência bancária ou depósito relativo ao pagamento da inscrição (ou apenas da quota anual, se já for associado) na ACV (escrever no talão o nome da pessoa que efectuou o pagamento);
   • Documento(s) de identificação necessário(s) para viajar (consultar esta tabela).
   E as seguintes informações:
   
   • problemas de saúde que seja portador e medicação que necessite com regularidade;
   • restrições alimentares (e.g. vegetarianismo, alergias, etc.);
   • nome e número de telefone de pessoa para contacto em caso de emergência.
3. Enviar, por correio, ou entregar em mão (morada e horário de funcionamento indicados abaixo) o acordo de participação preenchido e assinado.

A inscrição no curso de formação é definitiva a partir do momento em que todos os pagamentos são efectuados e todos os documentos são recebidos pela promotora. Em caso de demora longa entre o envio do acordo de participação e a recepção dos documentos, a pessoa perderá a vez e a vaga passará para outro interessado.

Quem pode participar num curso de formação LLP?

Os candidatos aos cursos de formação LLP deverão cumprir os seguintes requisitos:

• Exercer (ou pretender exercer) funções na ACV na área da educação de adultos em regime profissional e / ou de voluntariado;
• Ter nacionalidade de um país participante no LLP;
• Ter nacionalidade de outros países, desde que sejam residentes permanentes de acordo com a legislação nacional, ou estejam registados como apátridas ou tenham o estatuto de refugiados num país participante no programa.
  

O candidato não pode participar se beneficiou de uma bolsa para frequência de cursos de formação LLP nos dois anos imediatamente anteriores à data da actividade de formação que pretende frequentar.
