CONTEÚDOS E OBJECTIVOS:
The main theme for the training course is adventure education and outdoor activities, as non-formal tools in promoting, among youth, civic responsibility, innovation, responsibility & care towards the environment and in the community.
The activities consist in transferring knowledge regarding technical & safety specific methods for climbing & caving as outdoor tools to involve youth active participation, but mainly in experiential education tools that will ultimately bring the participants out of the comfort zone and into the learning zone, to ensure the transfer of the European Union’s values in the youth field (simulations, debriefing, reflection & practical applications)

CONTEÚDOS E OBJECTIVOS:
The theme is cultural diversity as a positive and powerful tool within international youth exchanges by active participation of young people. To build tolerance towards cultural diversity and find common European roots into it throughout the active participation of young people.
Objectives:
- To raise understanding in human rights educational approaches mainly in connection with cultural diversity;
- To develop an understanding about aspects of active youth participation and critical way of thinking with elements and methods of non formal education.
- To be aware of importance of cultural diversity in local, regional and international level and to develop skills and attitudes to motivate and actively involve young people in human rights youth projects;
- To develop the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to prepare, run and evaluate a cultural diversity workshop within an international youth exchange.

CONTEÚDOS E OBJECTIVOS:
The project will have as main elements the historical background of European Citizenship; Europe its identity and its Neighbors; Concept of Citizenship and its Education; the characteristic spheres and components; and how to put it in action.
Objectives:
- to explore the diversity of understanding of European Union, Europe and European Citizenship
- to share the information about EU and Neighbourhood policy in the field of youth.
- to discuss the European Citizenship in Youth work and put it in action.
- to introduce Youth in Action Programme and the possibilities of cooperation with Neighbouring Countries.
- to design new innovative youth projects on European Citizenship theme and strengthen their quality by providing support and information.
