CONTEÚDOS E OBJECTIVOS:

A diversidade dos contextos de educação não-formal permite a mistura de ideias e experiências num ambiente multi-cultural; assim, um TC é concebido como um processo de educação não-formal e de educação entre pares.
O Curso de Formação "Puzzling Conflict" é vocacionado para melhorar as competências de trabalho, conhecimentos e atitudes de gestão de conflitos no âmbito do trabalho com e para os jovens. Para aprender como participar num âmbito mais alargado de relacionamentos e possiveis conflitos e ultrapassar essas dificuldades.
E desta forma usufruir dessa mais-valia na vida diária.

CONTEÚDOS E OBJECTIVOS:

Curso de formação para jovens, um TC é concebido como um processo de educação não-formal e de educação entre pares utilizando as experiências dos próprios participantes.
A diversidade dos contextos permite a mistura de ideias e experiências num ambiente multi-cultural, para uma melhor educação quer dos participantes, quer dos formadores.
Este curso dará aos participantes a possibilidade de melhorar a sua compreensão e conhecimento da diversidade e aumentar a sua capacidade de resolução de problemas - habilidades de resolução com base no não-formal, a igualdade e educação em direitos humanos, quando confrontados com os preconceitos e estereótipos da comunidade em que vivemos.

O TC é concebido como um processo de aprendizagem informal e de educação entre pares utilizando as experiências dos próprios participantes, nos domínios da juventude, das artes e da cooperação internacional.
Os métodos empregues incluem apresentações verbais e visuais, discussões em pequenos grupos, debates em plenário, jogos, exercícios de teatro, visitas de estudo e apresentações culturais.

CONTEÚDOS E OBJECTIVOS:
Este curso de formação incidirá sobre o teatro e seu papel social como uma ferramenta para promover a criatividade dos jovens e a sua participação activa.
Uma gama de ferramentas e actividades como o teatro social, o teatro do oprimido e o teatro de fórum social serão empregues a fim de treinar os jovens trabalhadores, voluntários e líderes da juventude na promoção e desenvolvimento das pessoas em temas como diversidade cultural, a educação em direitos humanos, cidadania europeia, entre outros.

CONTEUDOS E OBJECTIVOS:

The training aims at showing practical ways how to to better involve young disadvantaged people and to inspire them to get more involved in youth exchanges, but also in the daily working together. NATURE is used as a “medium” to reach this aims. Not big outdoor-experiential special events, that would overstrain a normal youth exchange, but activities that can be realised quickly and efficiently in the near surroundings, are the issue. The training intends to show practical examples and exercises, how to encourage and strengthen in the young people lacking perception of self and underdeveloped perception of the environment.
